  Only bulk bills for under 16 or if you have a concession card.
  Why go here when you can go to Meadow Springs GP which is fully bulk billed.

  Receptionist was extremely rude. I was nothing but nice and to be treated rudely was uncalled for.

  Fantastic people who really care. Fully bulk billed. Pathology here, for blood tests, also.
  Dr. Sirinaga is very kind and thorough.

  I am extremely dissappointed in the level of professionalism shown by the receptionists here. Every time I have visited they are rude, blunt and dismissive. They don't seem to understand that they are the first impression patients get whilst visiting, and mine has never been a pleasant experience.
  Tonight's visit has really topped it and once my daughter's motor vechile claim has settled, there will be no need to return.
  Upon leaving the Drs room the receptionist failed to even acknowledge I had been standing, waiting for about 5 minutes. My daughter and I decided to just leave by this stage. Almost at the door all of a sudden the receptionist acknowledges me and yells across the waiting room, in front of patients and Drs, where are you going, you need to pay. Now, there was actually no need for me to stop at the desk as being motor vehicle the account goes to ICWA, now if she knew what she was doing she would shave known this as I mentioned this when the appointment was booked. My daughter has also never attended this surgery for any other reason.
  Going back to her yelling at me across the waiting room. I told her it was motor vehicle, she was very rude. Loud, in front of patients, making me feel like I was doing some thing wrong. Asking if had been approved, what the number was. The way I was spoken to was extremely accusing. I had to explain myself, saying this was the same claim my daughter had been attending here for the past 6 years.
  Before you make excuses for this behavior, I was a medical receptionist, now a medical secretary and I would never, never treat anyone with such disrespect and belittling behaviour!!
